Noodle Wrapped Paneer Roll
Ingredients:
- 500g paneer, cut into strips
- 1 cup boiled noodles
- 1 tbsp Sunpure red chilli powder
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- 1 tbsp jeera (cumin) powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Sunpure oil
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- Sunpure Oil for deep frying
Method:
- In a bowl, add paneer strips and season with Sunpure chilli powder, chaat masala, jeera powder, salt, and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
- Take a small portion of boiled noodles and arrange them flat.
- Place a paneer strip on the noodles and gently roll it up, ensuring it is wrapped tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry with Sunpure oil the wrapped paneer until crispy and golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dip or chutney.
