Noodle Wrapped Paneer Roll

Ingredients:

  • 500g paneer, cut into strips
  • 1 cup boiled noodles
  • 1 tbsp Sunpure red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1 tbsp jeera (cumin) powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp Sunpure oil
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Sunpure Oil for deep frying

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add paneer strips and season with Sunpure chilli powder, chaat masala, jeera powder, salt, and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
  2. Take a small portion of boiled noodles and arrange them flat.
  3. Place a paneer strip on the noodles and gently roll it up, ensuring it is wrapped tightly.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry with Sunpure oil the wrapped paneer until crispy and golden brown.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with your favorite dip or chutney.
