MEDU VADA RECIPE
Medu Vada
Ingredients:
- 1 cup curd
- 1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- Salt, to taste
- A handful of curry leaves
- 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
- Sunpure oil, for deep frying
Instructions:
1. In a pan, add 1 cup curd, 1 cup maida, 1/2 cup rice flour, 1 cup water, salt, curry leaves, and chopped green chilies. Mix it all together until smooth.
2. Heat the mixture in the pan, stirring constantly to form a soft dough.
3. Once the dough is ready, shape it into small wada balls or discs.
4. Heat Sunpure oil in a pan and deep fry the wadas until golden and crispy.
5. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
