Crispy Prawn Fry
Ingredients
- Fresh prawns – 400g
- Oregano – 2 tbsp
- Chilli flakes – 2 tbsp
- Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Curd – 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs – for coating
- Sunpure Oil – for deep frying
Method
- Clean and devein the prawns. Pat them dry.
- Mix all ingredients and marinate for 15–20 mins.
- Coat the prawns with breadcrumbs evenly.
- Deep-fry in Sunpure oil until crispy and golden.
- Drain excess oil, and serve hot with dip.
