Crispy Prawn Fry

Ingredients

  • Fresh prawns – 400g
  • Oregano – 2 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes – 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Curd – 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs – for coating
  • Sunpure Oil – for deep frying

Method

  1. Clean and devein the prawns. Pat them dry.
  2. Mix all ingredients and marinate for 15–20 mins.
  3. Coat the prawns with breadcrumbs evenly.
  4. Deep-fry in Sunpure oil until crispy and golden.
  5. Drain excess oil, and serve hot with dip.
